The New Colt Cobra The great advantage of the original Cobra (right), a six-shot cylinder, always set it apart from its contemporaries, and the new model (left) carries on this tradition.
The guns were also available from the factory with a hammer shroud for more effective coat pocket carry. In 1973, the updated Cobra models would have a new combat grip design and fully shrouded ejector.
