Outlook not updating calendar schedules
This setting indicates to others viewing your calendar when you are free or busy for new meeting requests.
By default, all-day events appear as "Free" and new appointments appear as "Busy" on your calendar.
The longer the refresh rate, the less up-to-date your calendar will be.
For example, you can enter "Today," "Two Weeks from Tomorrow" or the date in any recognized format such as "1/1/2015." Clicking the calendar icon enables you to select a date from the calendar.
New appointments you add to your calendar in the Outlook client are automatically updated and synchronized with your organization's exchange server.
Click the "Update Folder" button in the Send & Receive group of the Send/Receive ribbon.
Especially when it comes to exporting and publishing scenarios.
To automate this, there are several add-ins available.Enter the email addresses for any attendees you wish to receive the meeting request.
